the DiSC test is kind of intersting because it will test what are your personalities, however, it may not be the way as your result. i think people's personality will change depend on enviroment, influence by other people, or even your mood.
my result was "D" and it changed to "S", i think those i am not really fit in those categorizations. however, it might be right for somebody else, so i think it is helpful to determine people’s management “type” to better understand where they are coming from. i Would try a test like this help in other personal interactions because at least you have a idea of what kind of person he or she is, so you know how to deal with them. that is just a way to help to get a "simple" idea, however, if you really know to have more interaction with that person, i think the best way is spending time to hang out with them because people's personlities shows with their actions in everyday life.

ya, I agree with you that you can only know a person in deep by interacting with them. I think the reason that the result didn't fit you is the way you see yourself maybe different with how other people see you.
Hey I worked with you on the egg saving task. I agree that a person's personality will change depending on the environment. I think you were more of a C in the task. Because you were taking care of the egg which is a very important detail, as well as giving input on different designs and showing the flaws in some of them. You also showed Dominance since you really wanted to drop the egg and you got your way, which also showed power as well.

I agree with you that the best way to get to know someone is to spend more time and try to get to know the person. Though I've only worked with you once, I think from that experience you were the Dc type. I think you were the dominant type because you had a difference in opinion about which items should be listed for the "stranded" group activity and you kind of argued for that to be on the list. But then again I'm basing all this on that one group activity so please forgive me if it's inaccurate.
Spending time with somebody actually gives one a chance to know you better and make their judgement about the compatibility.
But I think this test definitely worked for the majority of the class as it was able to judge your character based on the responses submitted by you.
